We are not responsible for any shipping delays caused by couriers, especially during peak holiday seasons. Items are shipped via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL.
Shipping is available for the United States. Shipping and customs charges will apply for international orders. Due to regulations, especially Li battery products, some items may take longer to ship or require ground shipping only. Shipping profiles will be updated accordingly.
Some items may be shipping separately, either from our facility or our partners. Shipping profiles will be applied to orders that require separate shipments and will be billed to the customer. Tracking numbers for all shipment will be sent to the customer.
Any seeded paper products will be replaced with recycled paper for international shipments. Our goal is to push more sustainable packaging for all our orders handled by our facility. Same guarantees cannot be applied to our partners.
For exchanges, shipping labels will need to be purchased from and to the customer.
Please allow additional time for shipments sent during holiday seasons. Processing time is 3 days. Shipment times for pre-orders will be stated on the pre-order item page.
