Return Policy

Since most items are pre-ordered or made-to-order, we do not accept returns. Feel free to email shaunamoonbby(at)gmail.com for any questions on sizing. Additional pictures can also be sent at request to ease the process.

If your order is shipped later than 30 days, not including pre-orders, you may ask for a refund, and we will process the order.

You may receive partial orders. Some items are shipped directly from us or from our partners. This does not mean that items are missing from your order, but separate items may be delayed. Please use the tracking numbers provided.

Note: Longer delays may occur if during peak holiday seasons. We are not responsible for any courier delays.

Re-stock on items are NOT guaranteed, so please treat each item as limited edition, unless stated otherwise. Some items are also exclusively bundled with others. 

Refunds may be granted if the item received is damaged, as in we missed something during internal quality checking. Pictures are needed prior, and we take pictures before sending out each order. 

Exchanges are allowed for clothing items as long as tags remain on the item and the item is sent back unworn. Payment is required for shipping labels sent to and from the customer for exchanges.
